THE FATHER OF THE DILBERT FAMILY..
“What can I say about the best dad in the world? You will always be very special to me. I am so
proud of you and thankful for all that you gave me.
“I wish you could have known the special people in my life, you would see how happy they make me.
I found your family and not a day went by when they never thought about you returning safely back
home to Cayman there as you would say chip off the old block!
I have kept my promise to you all these years and will continue to do so. I told you and promised
you that I would find your brother's and I did,
Sadly uncle Windell passed away but he is with you now,
Uncle Elle misses you so much. He said to me I will be your daddy now (tears)!
I love you so much and miss you every day.

SPORADIC CJD
Sporadic CJD occurs in a random distribution all over the world, and has no known genetic or
environmental cause. It apparently arises from a one-in-a-million spontaneous conversion of a
normal cellular protein (encoded by a gene on chromosome 20) into an abnormal 3-dimensional shape,
or configuration. Once converted, the abnormal molecule is thought in some way to compel normal
molecules of newly synthesized protein to assume the same abnormal configuration, leading to
aggregated deposits in and around cells of the central nervous system, and causing neuronal
degeneration and symptomatic disease. Sporadic CJD chiefly affects people between 50 and 75 years
of age, but can occur as early as adolescence,
In a majority of patients, the onset of illness involves some form of mental deterioration or
emotional disturbance. More often than not the earliest symptom is a simple loss of memory, and is
more likely to be noticeable in younger than older patients, whose mental lapses are often
attributed to aging. Sometimes the patient is the first to notice this change, sometimes family or
friends, and sometimes associates at work. Other signs of mental deterioration may also occur,
ranging from subtle losses of reasoning ability to episodes of confusion about time or place, or
even to gross hallucinations. Emotional abnormalities may occur in the form of depression or
anxiety, or as bizarre or uncharacteristic behaviour.

Missing You !
You were my granda my world, my drinking partner. There is not a day hour or minute i dont think about you. You taught me so much about me, you taught me to be strong and brave.Well i try so so hard for you granda i realy do.
You once told me that there cumes a time in our lifes were we have to be brave and strong not for us but the people you love. Yu could not of been more true, i never dreamed it would be the day i lost you. I felt so numb and and didn't know what i was going to do. But then i cant help but think of you, and remembering my time with you was so true. You held me high i almost could touch the shy. Now all i can do is cry, i feel so lost and lonley at times then i think of you and all of a sudden im so high.
when thing would go rong you always said id done no rong, when things were gud you would stand there do proud nd praise me that 'my girl' thats what you would say. But granda that day we lost you i promised you id make sumthing of my life. You would be so proud right now, im going to be a paramedic.
